We ask for total prepayment of the reservations; at the confirmation you will have to pay a first night deposit for each booked room, plus the agency fee. The payment of the balance is requested one month before the beginning of the event. After that, you will receive the vouchers to be shown at the hotel check-in.
For each booking, we will charge you an agency fee that goes from a minimum of € 30,00 up to € 150,00 depending on the number of rooms you booked.
We accept payment with credit card (not electronic ones, like Visa Elektron) or bank transfer.
