First night deposit is never refundable.
In case of cancellation of the entire stay:
- Total refund (apart from the first night deposit) for cancellations till 30 days prior beginning of the fair.
- 50% refund (apart from the first night deposit) for cancellations till 20 days prior beginning of the fair.
- 25% refund (apart from the first night deposit) for cancellations till 10 days prior beginning of the fair.
- 10% refund (apart from the first night deposit) for cancellations till 7 days prior beginning of the fair.
- Starting from 7 days prior the beginning of the fair 100% penalty.
In case of partial cancellation of our stay:
It is always strictly compulsory to hold by the minimum stay required by the hotels. There won't be any refund.
